People require different levels of support and different treatments. At our nurse-led smoking cessation appointments you will encounter a sympathetic ear in addition to practical advice and an individually tailored plan for achieving your aim.

Nicotine replacement therapy is a way of getting nicotine into the bloodstream without smoking. It increases your chance of quitting smoking by about two thirds.
